  • File for MBR (maximum base rent) increases for rent control tenants
  • File for MCI (major capital improvement) increases
  • Arrange to & meet with city inspectors to clear rent impairing HPD violations (only after the owner has ensured all work to clear is complete)


Premium

Standard plus:
  • Meet with contractors to get work estimates when building repairs are necessary and provide owner with estimates
  • Create building rules and procedures
  • Negotiate leases
  • Planning and budgeting
  • Maximize net income of property
  • Maintain interior and exterior of premises
  • Obtain proper insurances
  • Screen vendors/contractors
  • Arrange to & meet with city inspectors to clear all violations (only after we have ensured all work to clear is complete)
